Cancellation Policy:

Once you book a shoot with LUXAR Studio, no refunds or cancellations will be permitted. By making a booking, you agree to this non-refundable policy and acknowledge that your payment is final and non-recoverable.

Reschedule Policy:

​

If you wish to reschedule your shoot, you must provide at least 7 days prior notice before the original scheduled date. We will reschedule your shoot once based on the availability of the new date.

• The rescheduled date is subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee immediate availability for your preferred new date.

• If you fail to provide 7 days' notice, your full booking amount will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
